Warranty

This Limited One Year Warranty applies to team philthy merchandise and accessories, purchased from team philthy.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, philthy will repair or replace, at no charge to you, parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

team philthy will elect send you either send you a new replacement part to replace the broken or damaged part

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for  and accessories purchased from team philthy is 365 days (One Year) from the date of purchase.

 Returns

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and item must be in the original packaging, if not, it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (example: abused or missing products). Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's or banks policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
